The Little Things Journal is a bright and cheerful gratitude journal for children ages 7-12. There are 100 days of entries including more than 400 inspiring prompts, lessons, quotes, affirmations and fun facts.

The Little Things Journal covers topics such as gratitude, mindfulness, friendship, positive affirmations, growth mindset, and healthy habits and its open-ended prompts make this journal appropriate for a wide age range.

This journal was inspired by my book "The Little Things: Finding Gratitude in Life's Simple Moments". The story book teaches children the importance of gratitude, and this journal gives them a place to actually put it into practice.

THINGS WE SHOULD HAVE BEEN DOING WHEN WE WERE KIDS
